On what authority do you declare a person a wali. I know that God had not told you. I am amazed that When God mentions the sleepers of the cave he call them pious not friends, in the same chapter he talks of Kidr who he calls a man of wisdom not his friend. The only person he calls friend is Abraham. Even the chapter where God says his friends shall not grieve is proven in Abraham, where the fire did not burn, nor his son slaughtered. He left his family on the desert and it became Mecca. The shrine he built is still respected, the kaba, his foot print is respected even today.
You see all aspects of the Friend of God Abraham is respected by all irrespective of their school of thought.
Not all accepts your Kwsja Sahib, very few know of Soofie or Badsha Peer yet All know Abraham or as you Say Ebrahim.
Again who decided that your saints are GOD'S Friends. Please show me from koran and Hadith that your Soofie Saheb is God friend and how you came to this conclusion.
Thank You
The seeker of truth

Dear SNV
I send this mail with no malice. Great question! However I would like to know who I am addressing. Please e-mail me with your full name and adress.
The Holy Prophet Muhammad e when he answered people he saw who he was looking at. Mus‘ab ibn ‘Umair t مصعب بن عمير was sent to Madinah, to in a sense prepare Madinah for the coming of the Holy Prophet e; learned about every body in that city. When the Holy Prophet e came he sat next to him, and when people would come into his blessed gathering (majlis), he would tell the Holy Prophet e, ‘this is so and so; he’s got this position’. He would inform the Holy Prophet e of who each person was because the Holy Prophet e would not talk to the Sayyid, the Nobleman of a people, in the way he would talk to another person. This is not that he treated people differently but he said:
Umirtu an-u nazilan nas manazilahum
I was commanded to observe the protocols of people
[Speak to men according to their mental capacities]
Every people have a protocol. Please comply and when I have time I will answer u.

Sir
Thank you for your response. Although as expected you did not answer the
question. I am a Muslim student who practices in the legal field. I choose to
remain anonymous at this stage. Prior to sending my question I was forewarned
that I may find resistance and even threats but in the search for truth
persisted in sending you my
question.
Sir
I see people being puppets and made to believe that getting to God is difficult.
You tell them, ( i have proof) that one cannot pray directly to God and in the
same breadth say Fie Salah hii Mehraj hie Mukmin. Sir as stated before God
stated to us who his friend is. He also stated that he has others yet does not
disclose them to us. In the same way we have 24000 prophets all of them are
unknown to us. One may claim that Ram and krishna were prophets. We cannot agree
as we have no proof thereto.
Every prophet that came to this world declared who they were. Which person
declared that he was the friend of God. There are more than a thousand duas in
the koran, Only oneytalks of
wasilah of of our prophet. but when duas are read in Urdu many wasilahs
are taken.
Sir
I again humbly request that you look into my question and answer the same.
thank you
Yours in search of truth
SNV
Sir
I respect your views and you will be surprised to hear that I agree with 90
percent of them. I am also a humble student in search of truth. I have been
repeatedly told by my teacher Prof. Fazlur Rahman Ansari and Shaykh Hamza Yusuf
that to respect different views and not to impose my view on others. I can
assure you that we can develop a friendship without threats. I have written
books on the subject and I have no objection to a critical analysis of my
book. Lets revive the way of our predecessors who wrote commentaries on books
and commentaries on the commentaries. No book is free of error and according to
my belief only the Holy Qur’aan. I send you my full details and
I pray you will do the same and perhaps it could be the start of a beautiful
friendship.
We have English speaking people who if asked to explain a poem by Shakespeare
or Robert Frost, which is not that difficult; most will not be able to do so
since they are not trained in literature and the intricacies of the English
language. There is a difference between 'principle' and ‘principal’. In the Arab
world, because somebody speaks Arabic they think they can go into books written
a thousand years ago and derive the meanings without seriously studying. They
think that they can read the Holy Qur’aan and because it sounds like words we
use they can translate its meaning. If Shakespeare’s English is difficult to
understand how complex must Allah's Arabic be, Therefore every translation has
the translators subjective limitations.
We speak about the 'Miracle of the Holy Qur'aan' [Mu'jizatul Qur'aan]; most
Arabs don't know the 'Miracle of the Holy Qur'aan'. The modern Arabs don't know
because the have not studied Qur’aanic Eloquence (balaagha). One such example
of Qur’aanic eloquence (balaagha) is Sura Maryam, verse 4. In it, the Prophet
Zakariyyah
is praying to Allah
to bless him with a child, and describes his old age: (19th Sura, Maryam: verse
4)
قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي وَهَنَ الْعَظْمُ مِنِّي وَاشْتَعَلَ الرَّأْسُ شَيْبًا
'‘He said, ‘O My Lord! Indeed my bones have grown feeble, and grey hair has spread on my head...’’
The Arabic of the last portion of the verse isاشْتَعَلَ الرَّأْسُ شَيْبًا: ‘ishtha'ala ar-ra’su shayba’. This phrase, despite its conciseness (only three words), is indicative of the eloquence of the Qur’ān, and az-Zamakhsharee is able to extract no less than five examples of the usage of various types of Arabic eloquence (some of which cannot even be explained in English!).
For example, the primary meaning of the verb ‘ishtha'ala’ which is used in the verse is to express the sparks that are emitted by a fire. Therefore, Zakariyyah u is comparing the whiteness of his hair to the sparks that emit from a fire, an example of one type of metaphor.
Also, the verse translates as, '... (my) head sparks...', thus attributing the sparking effect, not to the hair where it occurs, but to the place and origin of that hair (the head), thus accentuating the severity of his old age. This phrase also gives the impression that the sparks are occurring from many places, thus indicating that, not only are his hairs white, but these white streaks are to be found all over his head.
In essence, this phrase of only three words conveys the image of Zakariyyah u's old age in such graphic detail that the English equivalent would require a few paragraphs of text! Of course, all such eloquence is completely lost in translation.
They have not studied rhetoric. To really understand the ‘Miracle of the Holy Qur’aan’ takes many years of serious study. People forget that the Arabs at the time of the Holy Qur’aan had reached the pinnacle of language. Every people have a period, where the language is the highest. In Greek it was at the time of Homer[1]. Nobody has been able to replicate the eloquence of Greek in this period. The English language reached its peak in the Elizabethan Period[2]. Nobody has been able to reach the level of the language of the great playwrights and poets of the late 16th and early 17th century. This is a fact of the English language admitted by any English Professor. The same is true for the Arabic. At the time of the 7th century, the Arabs had reached their pinnacle of language, therefore the great poets of the Arabian Peninsula, either they had just died, at the time the Holy Prophet Muhammad e arrived or a few of them were still alive. When the Holy Prophet e brought the Holy Qur’aan they were unable to imitate the Holy Qur’aan. The other Arabs, who were eloquent by their nature, saying poetry off hand and give an impromptu talk with great eloquence were confounded by the Holy Qur’aan for it was neither poetry nor prose and did not fit into any of the categories of language they were aware of. Yet they recognized in it a phenomenon that they had not seen. If you take any language and write something in it, a master of rhetoric can come and improve on it. However it reaches a point beyond which you cannot improve on the language. If you look at the statement in English:
‘To be or not to be, that is the question’
One cannot improve on the language eloquent of making that statement. The soliloquies[3] of Shakespeare you can’t improve on them if you try your best. There are lines in Shakespeare, considered weak lines that can be improved on. Every poet in Jahilliyya had weak lines that could be improved upon. The critics of poetry point out weak lines and explain why is weak. But, Abu Bakr al-Baqillani[4] went through the entire Holy Qur’aan and showed how nothing in the Holy Qur’aan can be improved upon in its language. When talking about the Attributes and Qualities of Allah Y, you cannot improve upon ‘The Verse of the Throne (Ayatul Qursi). If you take a ‘Verse of Blame or Censure’ like in Sura Lahab;
تَبَّتْ يَدَا أَبِي لَهَبٍ وَتَبَّ
You cannot improve on it or say it in a better way in the Arabic language.
The point is that, when the Holy Qur’aan came, the Arabs, they knew it was a ‘miraculous’ (mu’jiz) but when they went to the A’jam what did they have to bring them. Tell a westerner the Holy Qur’aan is a miracle and he will ask what’s miraculous about it. There are people who have read the translation of the Holy Qur’aan and were confused. They need to be told that it cannot be translated and still remain the Holy Qur’aan. Yet let them listen to a beautiful recitation and their hearts will be moved. One can hear the rhythm and sounds and realize that these cannot be translated. Some word in Arabic carry such depth of meaning that they cannot be translated and only a master in the language can even approximate the meaning. You can’t convince any English speaker that the Holy Qur’aan is a miracle from Allah Y based on English translation. They may get something out of the translation but not a moving response.
We should not disrespect
anyone because the street sweeper might be the wali of Allah
Y.
There was an African Woman who swept the Masjid of the Holy Prophet Muhammad
e
. Her name is unknown and not even recorded. The Prophet asked about her. He
was told that she had died. He said, "Why did you not inform me? Show me her
grave." So he went to her grave and offered
her funeral prayer." She was successful because Allah
Y
noticed her and the Holy Prophet Muhammad noticed her.
Zuhair
t
was a simple Bedouin who used to come to Madinah. He used to sell things in the
market (souk). One day Hazrath Jibraeel
u
came and told the Holy Prophet Muhammad e, 'should I show you someone whom
Allah
Y
loves and you should love'? He showed the Holy Prophet Muhammad
e
the poor Bedouin, Zuhair
t.
"Come, come, whoever you are.
Unbeliever, fire worshiper, come.
Our way is not one of desperation.
Even if you break your vows a hundred times,
Come. Come again."

I am presently preparing for a seminar and have many other duties to attend to. So perhaps we can do this on a one to one basis as friends over a period of time no debate or arguments, willing to agree to disagree.

Taqwa, the key to spiritual development.
SUMMARY:
Just as there are pre-requisites for Iman and `amal salih for one to attain salvation in the Hereafter, in the same way, there are pre-requisites for Ruhaniyat or spiritual development for one to attain success both in this world and the next.
Taqwa is an important concept for it is mentioned over 253 times in the Holy Qur’an. It implies Allah-Consciousness, doing our duties to Allah, remembering Allah’s commandments at all times, safeguarding ourselves from evil, striving towards piety and righteousness, being just, maintaining ummatic unity. Taqwa is in essence the spark which illuminates our lives through our sincere devotion to Allah ta`ala., enabling us to attain purification of our souls which is so crucial for our spiritual development. In other words, without Taqwa, the salik (devotee in quest of Allah) will never be in a position to reach his/her destination.

Kalimah Tayyibah (Tawheed) – the Foundation of Spirituality.
Summary:
Tawheed is the foundation of Islamic spirituality in fact, all the great spiritual masters were Muwahiddeen.
Basically when one looks at the Kalimah it contains 4 features:
1. Creation
2. God-hood
3. Rolemodel
4. Ideology
The presentation will look at and discuss these 4 features. The Kalimah gives us the Right & Perfect Ideal (Allah), The Right & Complete Ideology ( Islam) and the Right & Perfect role model ( Muhammad S). It gives the individual and broader society the correct thought & attitude in life. It gives the correct methodology in broad principles to effect Just changes in society. All Prophets (AS) came with the message of Tawhid, and with The final Prophet S the message of Tawhid thus became:
* Complete
* Practical
* Universal
* Unique
* Eternal
* Fits Human Nature
The war of the worlds is the war of Ideologies and the dominance of one over the other. The human being and society will only attain ultimate & everlasting peace through submission to the Will and Plan of Allah swt which is formulated in the Kalimah.

SIR
I thank you for you invite and will if God permits attend. Secondly as an English and Islamic student i am aware of the use of bamboozling and bombastic language. I am also aware that depending on one's knowledge one may incorrectly interpret issues.
But we are not here to debate languages. I simply want to know on what authority you decided that a person like Soofie Saheb is a friend of God or a Walli as you call him. Please I humbly request that you try not to deviate from my question faffing about.
I respect honesty and if you are having problems and need time to research then merely tell me. I seek only the truth. I know that the question though simple is complex and thought provoking. Please sir, I again ask you to answer the question.

As expected you failed to answer us. we think you have no answer and maybe we hit a nerve of deceit. no matter we both know how the ignorant are being lies to for self benifit.

The following was the attached statement:
Dear Muslim Brothers and Sisiters
As Salaam U alaikum
This exposition is not to create any fitna or disunity but to merely present the truth. We are told that we are blinded by distractions that we fail to see the truth even when we are staring at it.
The issue we are discussing may be controversial but gives one food for thought.
We have some pertinent questions that we sent to The Suinni Jamiatul Ulema, Mr Irshaad Soofie, Habibia Soofie darbaar Riverside and others. Of all those that we sent our question to, only Mr Irshad Sufi responded.
However rather than answering the question he in my opinion was evasive in that he wanted to know who we are and then subsequently gave me a symposium on interpretations and or misinterpretations citing Shakespeare etc, but still failed to answer the question. He however did state that he believed and accepted 90% of what is being said.
We have on a number of times requested Mr Irshad for answers seeing that he is an author and orator in Sufism. To date we still await a simple answer to our question,
THE BIG QUESTION:
The SUFIS call personalities such as Goolam Muhamad AKA Soofi Saheb as a Wali or friend of Allah.
When we look at the Quran for answers we find that Allah only call one individual his friend. And that is Prophet Ebrahim (As) He is called Kallilulaah, my friend. Prophet Musa (AS) Is called Kalimullah, One who speaks to Allah. Prophet Jesus (AS) is called Roohullah, one who raised the dead. Prophet Muhammad (SAW) is called, Habibullah, my beloved.
Now if one is to Say that the Hindu Ram or Krishna were prophets of Allah one will say that since Allah did not mention them by name in the Quran we have doubt therein and will discard this argument. In the same way why it then certain people claim is that so and so is Allah’s Friend yet they too were not specifically mentioned in the Quran. We are aware that some 124000 prophets came to our world and only know a few of them. We do not will nilly therefore state that X or Y is prophets as we are reliant on the Quran to guide us with this information.
When we look at the Quran, we find in chapter 18 Surah Kahf, that Allah speaks of the sleepers of the cave and refers to them as obedient and God fearing individuals and not his friends. In the same chapter Allah speaks of Kidr (As) who was regarded as a teacher to Musa (AS). Here Allah refers to Kidr (AS) as a man with wisdom and not his friend.
The Ayat” ala Ina aulia ala koufun Alaim wala hum ya zanoon” speaks of Allah’s friend who do not grieve.
When we look at Ebrahim (AS) we find that when thrown in the fire he did not burn. When He tried to slaughter his son Allah changed it for a ram. When he left his family in a barren land it became Makkah The cube he built became the Kaba. His foot print became Muqam E Ebrahim.
The above ayat fits Nabi Ebrahim (As) perfectly.
Now again we ask: on what authority have you decided that that Soofie sahib and others are friends of Allah?”
We are aware that Allah did not tell you nor are there any Hadiths mentioning this.
Please do not get us wrong, we agree that these personalities may have been good teachers, and good leaders but that does not qualify anyone to declare them as friends of Allah.
Now let us look at Basha Peer. Little is known about him. If he was truly a friend of Allah and during his lifetime chose to remain unknown, then what give anyone the right to disclose his identity after his demise. Again, how was it decided that he was a friend of Allah? Here again Allah did not tell us.
What our investigation found:
The simple man is always striving for salvation. He is weak and commits many sins and seeks forgiveness. This is where these saints spring from. They are intelligent and cause these simple people to accept them and follow them making them believe that salvation lies with them.
They create and formulate rituals making the simple man invest therein whilst they line their pockets. In Simple terms they created a business of self enrichment in the name of Islam.
They make it such that one is not permitted to pray to Allah directly and in the same breadth say ‘ Salah fie Mirage Hie Mukmin” salah is the meeting of one’s creator.
In the Quran we find many dua’s which all start with ‘OH ALLAH” (Inallah) or “Rabunnah’ in other words all duas are directed directly to Allah. In surah Fatheha we say “You alone do we worship and You alone do we ask for help”
Alone, Alone, Alone
What does that mean? Go Figure
These clever people have sweet tongues and are convincing in that the simple person is manipulated into believing that salvation lies in these people.
Sects are formed and the division of Islam occurs, the very division that will cause the doom of unsuspecting Muslims.
Again we state that we have consulted the people who make these claims and received no response. This leads us to believe that we struck a cord, yes a cord of deceit.
OH YOU MUSLIM AWAKE FROM YOUR SLUMBER AND PROTECT YOUR IMAAN BEFOR YOU TOO ARE DIVERTED AWAY FROM ALLAH TOWARDS PEOPLE, PEOPLE WHO FOR SELF GAIN WILL MAKE YOU LOOSE NOT ONLY WEALTH BUT YOUR IMAAN.
ALLAH HAD STATED IN THE QURAN” TODAY I HAVE PERFECTED FOR YOU YOUR RELIGION” ISLAM IS PERFECT AND HAS NO NEEDS FOR INNOVATED RITUALS.
SO AGAIN OH YOU MUSLIM AWAKE BEFORE……..
sir
if you don't want to reveal your identity thats your choice. I don't give answers to somebody called snv. as far as 'we both know' you are entitled to your opinion.
Sir
After consultation it was decided that identify myself.
I am Sulaiman Namaan Vawda (SNV) I am an attporney by profession specializing in family law. I am also a scholar in Islam who strives for truth.
I hope this now satisfies your request and will obtain an answer from yourself. We await your response. Your in search for truth and understanding
SNV
I replied:
As salamu alaikium
Jazakallah, for your name – after so long. I am but a pursuer of knowledge in this ocean of knowledge. Could I meet you personally? So send me your phone number and address and arrange a mutual place of meeting one on one, I will be in Gauteng this weekend Fri. to Sun. You have used the word consulting and we in your last pamphlet so it seems you are not alone in 'search for truth' so if the entire group wishes to meet it's no problem. It is part of the adab of our intellectual tradition that 'seekers of knowledge' and 'scholars' introduced themselves or put their name and addresses on communications, in the modern sense it applies to e-mails, and submitted it to the one they are seeking information from. I want to know who you are. DONT START PUBLISHING PAMPHLETS FROM YOUR HIDEOUT SAYING I AM BEING EVASIVE and putting in only the perks of my communication that suits you.
The true scholars and seekers of truth are a personification of transparent lives. They live without walls, the ‘shadow self,’ which holds repressed weaknesses and a darker side, is wholly absent from their personalities. A Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personality seems quite common in modern society. Wikileaks that recently exposed the inappropriate side of the American Empire has caused quite a stir – and quite a backlash. Julian Assange was character assassinated for exposing the real story. The Holy Qur’aan has its own "leaks" and clearly demands utter transparency. The Pharaoh's private conversations are recorded as well as the hidden statements of the Holy Prophet Muhammad e’s enemies, not to mention some of the intrigue from his own family. People with integrity have nothing to hide for transparency is their shield. The Holy Prophet Muhammad e lived an utterly transparent life. Even his bathing habits are described by his wife. Nothing about his life is hidden from us. No split in his personality, he is the transparent man, par excellence. His blessed life is an open book, as he is an example for leaders until the end of time. Leaders (which are the role you are assuming in your pamphlet addressing it to Brothers and Sisters) are the servants of the people, and they should never fear public opinion or the light of day. They should be concerned only about doing what is right and lawful. Here is your chance to act upon the sunnah. I look forward to meeting you and pray that you will publish this that I have written to you, as is, in your next pamphlet, in the interest of not perpetuating fitna. So that people know I am eager to meet with you and am not hiding. Come out as the man who wants to redirect the Ummah to the truth. I am sure as a ‘sarcher of truth you don’t want Julian Assange to put you to shame.
I will regard you as a person of greater integrity if you publish the entire e-mail conversations between me and you in full from the first query since your last pamphlet say and I quote:
‘However rather than answering the question he in my opinion was evasive in that he wanted to know who we are and then subsequently gave me a symposium on interpretations and or misinterpretations citing Shakespeare etc, but still failed to answer the question. He however did state that he believed and accepted 90% of what is being said.
We have on a number of times requested Mr Irshad for answers seeing that he is an author and orator in Sufism. To date we still await a simple answer to our question’
If you are addressing this to the public don’t put your opinion. Let them decide. I know who you are but come out in the open for public transparency. Publish the entire text of this document and the entire conversation and replies of the mails exchanged between us. Also write the Qur’aanic verses and Hadith in Arabic giving reference to the translator, book and edition etc.
Here are my full details in case you lost it. I will answer you when I am free, and all conditions are fulfilled if you fail to do so in a week, I will publish the full transcript of our previous conversations per e-mail on my website, and the thousands of like minded websites under the CFIA portal. Its not difficult to find out who has the e-mail snv.

As Salamu alaikum
Dear Mr Irshad Sufi
We thank you for your response.
We further like to inform you that you have still to answer the question in chief.
We are excited that you have done some investigation and established who we are. We are sure that
We also challenge that you place all our correspondences on you web site, but also at least answer our questions as well.
Your tone speaks of an agitated person who believes he may have been misinterpreted or selectively echoed.
We have for the record printed and displayed all our correspondences for all to view prior to our discourse. Wel are disappointed in that a prominent speaker and a according to our information a staunch believer in Wallis have yet to answer our question.
We also wish to inform you that prior to publishing anything we always allow all relevant authorities to respond.
As stated before we are amazed that the Sunni Jamiatul Ulema, Soofie Darbaar Riverside, Min Hajul Quran, Dawate Islamia, Darbaare Kwaja and many others have yet to respond. We congratulate you for being the only person internationally to respond. We are amazed that no answer is forth coming. It is amazing that are many web sites on the net dealing with Wallis and we have mailed nearly all of them and received only one response. We have sent our mail throughout the world and find it astonishing that the very people who profess that X and Y are friends of Allah are tongue tied when asked on what AUTHORITY they have made their disclosure.
We will try to facilitate a meeting with you, possibly at 2pm at the Law Conference Centre At the Rand Afrikaans University (RAU) on Saturday 5-03-2011 at 14:00. Please advise us of your availability prior to us making any arrangements. Also please advise us as to how many others will accompany you so that we can cater for them also.
Yours in the search for truth

I replied:
O Wali of Allah Y
You are still lurking in the shadows, how about fulfilling the Islamic condition of transparency. My condition is name, address, phone number and conversation prior to a meeting. Don’t keep on echoing I am not responding to your 'question' since you seem to lack conviction in your beliefs as you have to still properly identify yourself. Have courage don’t hide. By the way you say:
‘We have for the record printed and displayed all our correspondences for all to view prior to our discourse'.
Where have you displayed it? If you don’t first meet me at a neutral venue face to face and don’t disclose your full identity for me to verify. Don’t waste my time. You seem to be very judgemental:
‘Your tone speaks of an agitated person who believes he may have been misinterpreted or selectively echoed.’
As for agitation! A person who sends you his every detail and is not afraid of being totally transparent can never be agitated. You and your group are mirroring your agitation and seeing it my transparent identity.. Fulfil all the conditions then I will answer your question. Or don’t waste my time! The answer to your question is readily available. As you have placed certain conditions in how to respond to your question i.e. from Holy Qur’aan, Hadith etc, My only request and I reiterate that at first I wanted you to fully disclose your identity but since you seem to represent a group, I add a further condition the entire group discloses its identity and I will certainly respond in person to all your queries. Full list of persons, qualifications, addresses and telephone numbers. Then a meeting with all of you at a neutral venue to ascertain sanity.. Apply the sunnah of the Holy Prophet Muhammad e and be public and transparent in your engagement with us. The Holy Prophet Muhammad e stood on mount Safa and everybody he engaged knew who he was, where he lived and what he stood for. Further in all correspondence calling to the deen by letter he clearly identified himself.
If you don’t fulfil all the conditions, of identifying your ‘search for truth group’ and yourself then we refuse to entertain any persons who claim to be on the sunnah and act contrary to it. Again I commit myself fully to answering your question, but fulfil my conditions. By the way, if you do have Imaan, I also declare you a Waliullah on Divine Authority as per the Holy Qur'aan 2nd Sura al-Baqarah الْبَقَرَة in verse257 if however you reject this title the next verse is self explanatory.
Allah is close to them (wali) who are committed to Him, taking them out of utter darkness into light. while the authority of those who are opposed to Allah Y (who are disbelievers, their supporters) are Satans who take them out of the light into the darkness. It is they who are destined for the fire therein to stay forever.

sir
i congratulate you on your response. first you ask to meet then you want other conditions. when you give a discourse do you obtain the names and adresses of all present. i think not. the ayat you produced does say that Allah makes the choice, a choice he retains for himsrlf. again you failed to answer the question. he does not disclose who he has taken from darkness into light. you again decided on the basis on us having imaan we are Wallis. Thanks for that. we have never met yet you want to issue status. wow
come know sir, please just answer the question, ok we will allow you to place the question and answer on your website for all to see. this sir is our request.
you either answer us or truly show the world how they are being lied to. yours in the search for truth
snv
Sir
Allah Y says in 5 instances of doubt in the Holy Qur'aan:
هَاتُواْ بُرْهَانَكُمْ
Produce your proof
I have no doubt in the degree of wilaayat of Khwaja Saheb t, Hazrath Sufi Saheb t and Hazrath Badsha Peer t. Since you, lurking in the shadows as SNV and after a long period of insistence from me of identified yourself as:
‘Sulaiman Namaan Vawda (SNV) I am an attporney by profession specializing in family law. (the spelling error of attorney is yours)
So since you snv and your ‘search for truth’ group doubt their wilaayat the onus is on you to produce proof that they are not in the category of wali who should be revered and honoured by their followers. I produce your entire initial mail to me:
On what authority do you declare
a person a wali. I know that God had not told you. I am amazed that When God
mentions the sleepers of the cave he call them pious not friends, in the same
chapter he talks of Kidr who he calls a man of wisdom not his friend. The only
person he calls friend is Abraham. Even the chapter where God says his friends
shall not grieve is proven in Abraham, where the fire did not burn, nor his son
slaughtered. He left his family on the desert and it became Mecca. The shrine he
built is still respected, the kaba, his foot print is respected even today. You
see all aspects of the Friend of God Abraham is respected by all irrespective of
their school of thought. Not all accepts your Kwsja Sahib, very few know of
Soofie or Badsha Peer yet All know Abraham or as you Say Ebrahim. Again who
decided that your saints are GOD'S Friends. Please show me from koran and Hadith
that your Soofie Saheb is God friend and how you came to this conclusion.
Thank You
The seeker of truth
SNV
So initially you were ‘The seeker of truth’ and then you became ‘we’. Your condition was ‘Please show me from koran and Hadith that your Soofie Saheb is God friend and how you came to this conclusion’ and my condition was ‘identify yourself fully with name, address phone number. You did not comply. When I realized through your pamphlet the you became we my condition was that your entire search for truth group identify themselves with name, address phone number. You have still not complied. So the onus is on you and your group to identify themselves, being fully transparent and also the onus is on you to invalidate the fact that Khwaja Saheb t, Hazrath Sufi Saheb t and Hazrath Badsha Peer t are friends of Allah Y. I and millions like me believe without needing proof although the proof is readily available.
I wanted to know who you are, since by your own admission there are different ‘schools of thought’ and by knowing you and your search for truth group could give you an answer in accordance with your school of thought. However you persist in lurking in the shadows so I will not entertain any further correspondence from you. My final answer to you is :
لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ
To you be your Way, and to me mine.
So I wish you the entire best sir, in your quest to stop the reverence of Khwaja Saheb t, Hazrath Sufi Saheb t and Hazrath Badsha Peer t and proving to the world they are not friends of Allah Y.

Finally ‘the searchers of truth’ send this:
Sir
We expected this from the onset. We knew you will not answer and eventually
choose to terminate the discussion.
We even amongst our selves at the beginning states that you will eventually cite
surah Kafiroon and doge the question. you threatened to place all our
conversions on your web site we challenge
you to do so. the fruit of truth is certainly bitter to swallow. the answer to
this question will cause loss of support and make a dent in the coffers.
we are prepared to publicize the entire research and cite all references. We are
sure that this will activate the minds of the exploited simple
Muslim.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
Final decision by Irshad Soofi as per Holy Qur’aan:
Allah Y ordered in 3rd Sura, Āl ‘Imrān (the Family of ‘Imrān) آل عِمْرَان: Verse 61:
"Come! Let us gather together - our sons and your sons, our daughters and your daughters, ourselves and yourselves - then let us humbly pray, and invoke the curse of Allah Y on those who lie
The Holy Prophet Muhammad e was ordered to ask those who want to discuss but refuse to comply to call their sons and he would call his sons and to call their daughters and he would call his daughters. Here some might think, that the word نِسَاءَ ‘Nisaa’ means ‘women’ so how am I translating as ‘daughters’. نِسَاءَ Nisaa means ‘women’ as well as ‘daughters’. When Allah Y speaks of Pharaoh and the Children of Israel, in the Holy Qur'aan in the 2nd Sura, al-Baqarah الْبَقَرَة (the Cow) in Verse 49, He says,
يُذَبِّحُونَ أَبْنَاءَكُمْ وَيَسْتَحْيُونَ نِسَاءَكُمْ
(The people of Pharaoh) … slaughtered your sons and let your daughters live;
Here the word نِسَاءَ Nisaa is used for daughters. Pharaoh used leave alive the newborn daughters of the Children of Israel (Israel is another name for the Prophet Jacob u), but he slaughtered their newborn sons. So in the 3rd Sura al-i-Imraan: Verse 61, Nisaa should be translated as ‘daughters’ because, like in the 2nd Sura, al-Baqarah: Verse 49, it is preceded by, abnaaakum that means ‘sons’.
When two opposing schools of thought differ on an issue and when dialogue and debate fails to resolve the dispute, then the solution is a Mubaahila or a gathering where the opposing groups supplicate to Allah Y as follows:
O Lord of the Universe! In this dispute give honour to the proper in this matter and disgrace those that are incorrect
The term ‘Mubaahila’ is derived from its Arabic root ‘Bahlah’ meaning ‘curse’. Thus the word ‘Mubaahila’ literally means cursing each other. Through the intervention of the Power of Allah Y truth and falsehood are made clear. In fact Allah Y tells His beloved Prophet e that he should not engage those who are stubborn, in dialogue or debate but he must invite them to a Mubaahila to let Allah Y decide between them. Since snv and the ‘so-called searchers for truth’ are stubborn and don’t want to reveal their identities in full I challenge them to a Mubaahila since the underlying tone in their messages and pamphlet addressed to all Muslims are that they believe they are on the truth and I and people who believe like I do are on falsehood.
